30 Days
Within 30 days of your purchase, if you are not happy with your items, please email us at hello@wellbeingshub.com with your receipt or proof of purchase and a little description. Please note: Seconds items will not be included in this 30 days guarantee, as you are choosing to purchase an item that does have defects, hence the reduced price.
Depending on the information provided, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange, or voucher. If a refund or exchange is approved, the return shipping details will be sent via email, but this will be at your own expense. Please also note if a refund is given your postage costs are non-refundable.
Replacements for damaged items
If an item has arrived damaged due to transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or a partial refund of the item cost depending on severity of the damage. Please email a photo of the damage and your proof of purchase / receipt to hello@wellbeingshub.com
Incorrect item received
In the unlikely event, you receive the incorrect item. We are so so sorry and will cover all costs for the correct item to be sent out.
Shipping
Your orders will be reviewed and processed with love within 2 - 4 business days of placing your order. Your item will be dispatched from Brisbane, Australia. Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays, customs and/ or Covid-19.
Carbon Neutral
We value using a 100% Carbon Neutral Shipping service and therefore will always choose to use Sendle first. You will be provided with tracking numbers and reference details to keep an eye on your package. If you would prefer a signature upon delivery please let us know in the comment section at checkout.
*Although we cannot send to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc as our delivery service does not have access to these.
Where To?
We send within our home country of Australia, as well as internationally. Thus, delivery time will vary depending on location, as well as how a country or location is being effected by Covid-19. As a new small business we realize our international delivery cost is high, we are working to reduce this in the near future. Thank you for understanding.
Customs, Taxes & Fees
We are unable to provide an estimated cost on duties and taxes as they differ between countries and states. For further information, you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties. Nor are we responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.
