The festive Season can be a truly beautiful time of year, spent with friends & family, reflecting on the year that's been and the one to come, gifting people with love and beautiful presents. BUT.. It can be a time when plastic & waste around the globe dramatically increases.
So for this season we wanted to choose an organisation that helped to reduce this impact and one that focused on oceans. During this season, Dec - Feb, its our summer when we will all be spending time at the beach & in the ocean, trying so hard to keep cool.
So for every sale in the next 3 months, $1 will be donated to Plastic Oceans International to help them achieve their mission & goals.
Who are they: Plastic Oceans International is a non-profit organisation whose goal is to end plastic pollution and to foster sustainable communities worldwide. They operate with the belief that we can and must act locally in order to create change globally, and we do so through four key pillars of activity: Education, Activism, Advocacy and Science.
